Let’s talk about

Every six weeks we meet and talk about challenges uniquely or predominantly faced by women in the workplace. Topics we’ve covered include:

  • Imposter syndrome
  • Bravery vs perfection
  • Vulnerability
  • Fake it till you become it
  • Ten ways to have a better conversation
  • People pleasing
  • Getting out of your comfort zone.

Our work have been featured in the IAB UK website, being recognised as an important initiative to support women in the workplace.

Fireside chats

Each month, we sit down with different members of our team to record an internal podcast, delving into topics that matter most to our people.

From discussions on navigating neurodiversity in the workplace, and mental health to exploring the Wim Hoff Method and spotlighting women in tech. These chats help foster a sense of community, nurturing a vibrant culture that values inclusion, wellness, and knowledge-sharing.
